If your pincode supports COD, it will appear during checkout.
Open-Box Delivery allows you to check your product before paying.

• Inspect product condition, seal, and packaging
• Pay only if everything is correct
Note: The inner product seal must remain untouched.
Delivery timelines:
• Metro cities → 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities → 3–7 days
• Remote locations → 5–10 days
You will receive tracking details via SMS/Email once shipped.
We offer a hassle-free replacement/return if:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged or leaked product
✔ Expired or near-expiry product received
Just contact support within 48 hours of delivery with an image/video.
We accept returns only for:
• Wrong, damaged, defective, or expired products
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened, used, or trial products
• Allergic reactions (as every skin type is different)
• Products damaged after delivery
